Also Read: Pawan Kalyan Poses With Ustaad Bhagat Singh Team on The Last Day of Shoot。 जागरण संवाददाता, भागलपुर। अगर आप शहरी क्षेत्र में बिना सीट बेल्ट के गाड़ी चलाते हैं और गाड़ी चलाते समय मोबाइल से बात या स्मोकिंग करते हैं तो सतर्क हो जाएं, क्योंकि 15 सितंबर के बाद कैमरे के माध्यम से चालान काटने की व्यवस्था शुरू हो जाएगी। अब इंटीग्रेटेड कंट्रोल एंड कमांड सेंटर को पूरी तरह से एक्टिव किया जाएगा। इसको लेकर तैयारी शुरू कर दी गई है।,नगर आयुक्त ने सभी तरह के चालान को एक्टिव करने के लिए यातायात पुलिस को पत्र भेजा गया है। इसके बाद यातायात पुलिस ने अपनी तैयारी शुरू कर दी है। उन्होंने इंटीग्रेटेड कंट्रोल कमांड सेंटर के द्वारा लगाए गए कैमरे और ट्रैफिक लाइट को पूरी तरह से एक्टिव करने का निर्देश दिया है।,इसमें अब सिग्नल जंप करने, सीट बेल्ट नहीं लगाने, ज़ेबरा क्रासिंग पर गाड़ी लगाने, ओवर स्पीड गाड़ी चलाने, गाड़ी चलाते समय धूम्रपान या मोबाइल से बात करने सहित अन्य चीजों को शामिल किया गया है। यातायात डीएसपी आशीष कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि शहर के चौक-चौराहों पर अच्छी तरीके से स्टाप लाइन, जैबरा क्रॉसिंग आदि को उभारने के लिए संबंधित विभाग को पत्र भेजा जा रहा है। इसके अलावा जल्द ही इसको लेकर पब्लिक एड्रेस सिस्टम से लोगों को जागरूक करने का भी काम किया जाएगा।,उन्होंने बताया कि सड़क पर लोगों को या वाहनों को चलने में कोई दिक्कत ना हो इसके लिए भी रणनीति तैयार की जा रही है, ताकि सड़क किनारे लगने वाले अतिक्रमण को हटाया जा सके। उन्होंने बताया कि सारी व्यवस्था पूर्ण होने के बाद सितंबर के अंत तक शुरू करने का प्लान है।,यातायात डीएसपी आशीष कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि सभी तरह के चलान सिस्टम शुरू करने के साथ लहरिया कट और ओवर स्पीड चलाने वाले पर सख्ती से नजर रखी जाएगी। उन्होंने बताया कि स्मार्ट सिटी के माध्यम से स्पीड डेडीकेटर्स लगाए गए हैं। उसे भी एक्टिव करने का निर्देश दिया गया है। रोड की गति सीमा को संबंधित विभाग से उस सड़क पर स्पीड लिमिट के साइन बोर्ड लगावाए जाएंगे।,जल्द ही ई-रिक्शा को नियंत्रित करने के लिए लोहिया पुल के नीचे स्थित जमीन का भी उपयोग किया जा सकता है। इसके लिए पूर्व में ही यातायात विभाग और रेलवे के सीनियर डीईएन के द्वारा उसके आसपास की जमीनों का निरीक्षण किया जा चुका है।,अब इसके लिए सदर एसडीएम को यातायात विभाग द्वारा पत्र भेजे जाने की तैयारी है। लोहिया पुल के नीचे ई-रिक्शा की पार्किंग के साथ-साथ इसी रास्ते होकर स्टेशन एंट्री पाइंट की भी तैयारी की जा रही है। ताकि कोयला डिपो पुल के नीचे जाम से निजात मिल सके।,
